In 2017  major storms pounded the Central Coast of California and the County of Monterey turned to Paul Greenway to assist them with Storm Damage repairs to Elkhorn Road. 

Paul's experience working on previous Federal and State Emergency Repair Projects starting as early as 1995 and continuing for over two decades made the decision easy.   Paul was the Principal Engineer and Project Manager overseeing the design and construction inspection phases of the work

The $1 m project was selected for APWA Project of the Year, Disaster or Emergency Construction Repair Less than $5 million.
